On the occasion of International Women's Day, Veolia Water Technologies Middle East wanted to participate in the #BreakTheBias campaign. Our employees from all over the Middle-East, women and men, participated in a training on "How to identify and challenge bias against women in the workplace" on March 8th.
Some panel discussion has been conducted on how to enhance the diversity in our organization and how to change the culture.
A speaker from Keynote Women Speaker Directory delivered one hour keynote to create awareness on the topic, to make managers sensitive about the conscious and unconscious biases and discuss the tips and tricks to break the bias!
