An initiative of one of this large petrochemical company involved building a Waste Heat Recovery Project (WHRP). This project was designed to harness exhaust heat from gas-powered turbines at a major national refining facility's General Utilities Plant.

During the commissioning phase of WHRP facility the client needed a reliable temporary water treatment for a 28-week to conduct the commissioning activities of their high-pressure boilers and steam turbines. While the permanent system not fully installed, the facility required a treatment system capable of processing 150 M3/hr of Demin water.

To meet the facility's water quality requirements, a comprehensive mobile water treatment strategy was implemented with the following key components:
• High-capacity mobile demineralization system with 6 million grain capacity
units;
• Coordinated rotation of three Demin trucks on a weekly basis;
• Continuous ultra-pure water supply for 28 weeks;
• Processing capacity of 150 M3/hr of feed water;
• Water quality achievement of 0.1 microsiemens conductivity;
• Silica levels maintained below 20 ppb.

The project successfully commissioned high-pressure boilers and steam turbine systems due to rapid deployment, continuous high-purity water, 24/7 technical support, and on-schedule milestone completion.
