On the occasion of **International Women's Day**, Veolia Water Technologies Middle East wanted to participate in the **[\#BreakTheBias campaign](https://www.internationalwomensday.com/)**. Our employees from all over the Middle-East, women and men, participated in a training on "**How to identify and challenge bias against women in the workplace"** on March 8th.

Some panel discussion has been conducted on how to **enhance the diversity** in our organization and how to **change the culture**.

A speaker from [Keynote Women Speaker Directory](https://www.keynotewomen.com/) delivered one hour keynote to **create awareness** on the topic, to make managers sensitive about the **conscious and unconscious biases** and discuss the **tips and tricks** to break the bias!
